Digital visual training helps treat disorders associated with close work
A new online vision-training platform reduces asthenopia scores and significantly improves binocular and accommodative abilities in people with computer vision syndrome. A total of 76 subjects with symptoms of asthenopia, eyestrain, and difficulty focusing after work were recruited. The new software platform described in this article can be helpful for this purpose, facilitating a significant reduction of asthenopia score and significant improvement in the subjects' binocular and accommodative abilities.

Effectiveness of combined dichoptic therapy published in Indian Journal of Ophthalmology
Conventional amblyopia therapy in adults is associated with poor results due to lack of plasticity. Binocular therapies like dichoptic games and dichoptic movies have shown promising results in adults long after the critical period is over. The use of DT in combination with binocular vision therapy (DT‑BVT) and part‑time patching has not been investigated. We wanted to report its effectiveness or lack thereof in this pilot study.
Efficacy of dichoptic amblyopia training on visual and binocular functions in adult amblyopia
To evaluate the efficacy of dichoptic amblyopia training (DAT), a cloud‑based binocular therapy, in improving distance best‑corrected visual acuity (DBCVA), stereoacuity, and contrast sensitivity in adults (>18 years) with anisometropic and meridional amblyopia. DAT using Bynocs is effective in improving DBCVA and stereoacuity in adult amblyopic patients with anisometropic and meridional amblyopia. The visual gains are sustainable through 24 months and support the use of dichoptic amblyopia therapy in adult amblyopic subjects.
